This week at Crossing Fight School, it is Fight Week once again. We have a solid line-up of fight exercises as part of this class which are designed to train both instincts and technique, allowing us to fence fluidly and with intent.
As always, if there is something we are doing well, it will be highlighted, and if there’s something that needs work, it will be exposed so it can be refined.
