This week at Crossing Fight School, we will be reviewing the remainder of the plays from the Zwerchhau section of Lew’s Longsword. This is the largest section of the text as far as the 5 cuts are concerned, so there is a lot to go through.

Bear in mind that the binds this cut creates can lead to a very wide variety of other techniques, so it could be argued that this section is critical to revealing and illustrating several core concepts of the system. As such, I urge all our practitioners to get as much out of these classes as possible.
