This week at Crossing Fight School, we will be making a return to Longsword as with our monthly Fight Week class.

This particular class will feature a few different exercises, some of which are old favorites, and others which are based on things I’ve been working on over the past couple of months.  These particular techniques that will be highlighted have proven extremely useful, so I encourage everyone to look at them closely and try them in earnest.

As always, we will endeavor to hone our skills and refine what needs attention in an effort to further our training. Let us make the most of our time and prepare ourselves well for the fights ahead.
