This week at Crossing Fight School, we’ll be having a Fight Week class which follows our usual format.

As is our custom, the class will feature a series of specifically chosen warm-ups, followed by related exercises meant to help apply effective strategy, develop good fencing instincts, and promote proficiency within the fight.

This class will be held this week so we can have a tournament preparation class on the 25th before Revolution Rumble.
