This week at Crossing Fight School, we will be having our class led by none other than Crossing’s very own resident Phantom, Aidan Witherspoon. He’ll be sharing his fencing wisdom and leading a class containing elements of winding, flow drills, and Meyer’s Square.

As many of us know, keeping your sword moving and continuing to target open areas is essential for successful Longsword fighting, and Aidan’s fencing is certainly a great example of how important (and effective) that can be.

I will not be able to attend this week because of ongoing family concerns, but I will be back as soon as I am able. This class is not to be missed, as these concepts are, in my opinion, crucial to advancing your training and taking advantage of opportunities within the fight (and in real time).

See you soon.
