This week at Crossing Fight School, it’s Fight Week once again. You all know what this means … it’s time to put your knowledge and skills to the test against your fellow fighters in an afternoon of sparring. Prepare yourselves accordingly.

As usual, we’ll be doing a handful of exercises designed to sharpen our instincts and refine our technique beforehand. Speaking of which, I have a few experimental things I’d like to test out on a couple of you, if anybody is interested. I’m always attempting to improve existing exercises (and develop new ones when inspiration strikes), and your feedback is essential in this regard.

What we’re doing must be working, because everyone’s fighting has really developed significantly in recent weeks. You should all be proud of how deadly you’ve become. 🙂
