This week at Crossing Fight School, the Wallerstein adventure continues, despite my good judgment. I can’t guarantee that things will get less weird (because they probably won’t 🙂), but we will proudly forge ahead neverthless.

If things go according to plan, we’ll be tossing a few disarming techniques into the mix, which will be of use to those working on their close-quarters fighting. As it happens, the mechanics of these techniques should be of interest of to any fighter looking to refine their skills when advancing suddenly on their opponent, or when the situation has put you at very close range.

As I’ve mentioned before, it’s useful to focus on the ‘in-between’ moments to build instincts and move with the flow of the fight in a way that allows you to control the outcome.

See you all on Sunday.
