This week at Crossing Fight School, we will be resuming our review of the Wallerstein material, complete with all sorts of crafty techniques which rely very heavily on Fuhlen and really good timing.

As I’ve mentioned before, pulling the techniques off is great, but what they can teach you about changes in the bind, and how things feel as those changes take place in the fight, is what’s of the greatest value.

For anyone who’s curious, I’ll be available to answer questions about the tournament we just had in Michigan (which was fabulous, by the way). I know some of you have been wondering about what it’s like to compete, and I’ll be happy to share what this event was like.

See you all on Sunday.
