This week at Crossing Fight School, we’ll have our final tournament preparation class, complete with challenging exercises which should (hopefully) prepare you to either take control of your fights, or make adjustments within them to seize an advantage.

It’s my understanding that the drill we did last week that’s designed to create pressure went over fairly well, and I will have similar strategy and situation-based exercises as part of our initial class segment.

It is my intention to see to it that all of you get everything you can out of the time that remains before it’s time to face your opponents in the lanes. Let’s all tighten everything up, refine our technique, and be as prepared as we can be when the time comes.

Speaking of which, please bear this in mind: Don’t try to re-invent yourself. Go into this competition with the ‘weapons’ and tools you currently have, while making adjustments as needed.

See you all on Sunday
