This week at Crossing Fight School, our match through the Lew gloss continues, with a look at the plays stemming from the Zornhau, and interpreting the bind.

The latter of these is often discussed, but not necessarily well understood. At first glance, it may appear that you have to slow the fight down tremendously in order to get information from the bind, but this is not necessarily the case. The aim of this portion of the lesson will be to help our fighters make distinctions very rapidly in these situations so they can make the best choices possible when it really counts.
