This week at Crossing Fight School, it is once again Fight Week. This, of course, means that we will be doing exercises meant to hone our skills and bring about the best possible results during the fight. Earlier in the week, I received a request for a few different exercises aimed at defeating certain guards, so you can be sure that what we review will fit the bill.
It just so happens that this class is rather timely, because next week is Clash for the Cash, and I’m sure many of you will be looking to get in as much sparring time as possible before our big event.
